Mr. Shahal Khan is a strategic investor in multiple sectors and is considered as a global economic leader in alternative global finance and New Economic theory per Digital Assets. He is a socially aware investor (for good impact) and has over 36 years of experience with investments encompassing Telecoms, Real Estate, Energy, Natural Resources, Technology (specific emphasis on Internet-related communications technologies and advanced cyber security solutions) as well as various agricultural food security sectors. He has been directly responsible for syndication of over $25b USD in equity for projects as a principal through Burkhan. 

He is the Founder of Burkhan World, a holding company with diversified investments focusing on reinvesting gains from portfolio investments into companies that have the potential to accelerate sustainability globally. His focus has been to create the first ever global economic system that focuses on equity of the individual and not debt. His patent pending design for Tempus Network is a culmination of that thought process. 

Shahal is currently the Chairman and CEO of Burtech, a NASDAQ listed investment company. Burtech as of December 2023 signed a deal to merge with AI Semiconductor company Blaize for a valuation of $954 million USD. 

Shahal is also a shareholder of Enercap, a innovative Graphene based battery company based out of the UAE that has patents for non-lithium Graphene carbon based energy storage, that company is planning to list on the public markets in Q1 of 2023. 

Jose is a senior international executive and consultant with over three decades of experience at the intersection of technology, management, and innovation. He has held leadership roles across industries, guiding complex projects and multicultural teams while driving business development and strategic growth. With a strong foundation in technology, Jose built much of his career in the telecommunications sector, where he spearheaded large-scale network deployments, global operations, and international market expansion initiatives. His professional journey has consistently bridged the gap between deep technology expertise and high-level management, enabling organizations to thrive in fast-evolving markets.

In recent years, Jose has focused his expertise on Artificial Intelligence, specializing in LLM-based agentic systems. His work explores both the efficiency and opportunity dimensions of AI—helping organizations streamline workflows and decision-making, while also opening pathways to new business models, products, and growth opportunities.

Having conducted business and managed projects across the world—including Europe, the Americas, and Asia Jose brings a uniquely global perspective to Burkhan’s management and strategic initiatives. He is recognized for his ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on technical insight, supporting organizations in navigating both innovation and execution.

Shafi Khan is a visionary entrepreneur and leader with a distinguished track record in business development and strategic investments within the advanced technology sectors. In 2023, he founded The Ghazi Group (TGG), a strategic advisory firm that quickly became a critical player in the Artificial Intelligence Semiconductor Industry. TGG, a division of the Burkhan Family Office where Shafi also serves as Chief Operating Officer, specializes in the evolution of GPU DataCenters, crucial for AI and high-performance computing. As a Platinum Channel Partner of SuperMicro Systems, TGG offers exclusive, tailored GPU solutions, setting it apart in a competitive industry.

In mid 2024,  Shahal and Shafi co-founded Tachyon9 with the purpose to be the leader in developing and managing full data centers with high-performance GPU clusters to compute the largest global data pools. His strategic leadership within the Burkhan Family Office has been instrumental in guiding technology companies and overseeing investments across industries such as Fintech, Blockchain, and Gaming.
